Why the questions matter

8. What happens if it is not the right fit? Can you change tutors easily? A confident company makes switching simple rather than painful.
Reading the answers
You are listening for two things: substance, and how readily it comes. A company that answers all eight clearly and quickly is telling you it has nothing to hide.
